1. My order is missing an item or damaged, what shall I do?
Contact our friendly team on 07 5476 8400 or contact us and advise your order number, name and the item damaged. We may request the item to be photographed to support claims with our courier services
2. What courier services do you use?
We ship our online orders by the way of Fastway Couriers, TNT Couriers, or Australia Post depending on the size and location of the order
3. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we can. When placing your order please specify the PO BOX details in the shipping address section.
4. How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on location and size of order. We try to aim for all our orders to be received within 5-7 business days. If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us immediately so we can follow up with the courier company.
5. What if I can’t be at home to sign for my delivery?
All orders go out with the request of a signature on delivery. If the customer wishes for the delivery to be left in a secure location please notify us the permission to leave in the special notes box when placing your order. However please be aware if the courier service deems the location to not be secure they will not leave the order and will leave a contact card instead.
1. Are you open on public holidays?
Our distribution warehouses and head offices are closed on public holidays however our out of hour’s emergency line is always operating for wholesale customers only. Alternatively our customers can contact their account managers for urgent enquiries. Roastery warehouse operations vary; please contact us to find out more. Online orders can be placed at any time but will be processed the next business day.
2. Do you repair coffee equipment?
Yes, we have an internal repair and service business called Coastal Coffee Machines with a team of fully qualified technicians based in Brisbane, Melbourne, the Sunshine Coast, and Sydney. Contact us to find out more.
3. Do you offer coffee tastings?
Yes. Our sales and business development team offer coffee tastings to prospect customers at our Head Office and Roastery on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
4.Do you offer training?
Yes. We offer various weekly training sessions and workshops to our wholesale customers.
5.Can you offer custom blend development and private label coffee?
Yes. We currently work with companies and franchises who have worked with us to create a custom coffee blend to suit their business. Our Master Roasters and marketing team can work with you to create your own business identity in coffee. Contact our Roastery Team for more information.
