Returns, Exchange, Cancellation of Orders, Warranty and Credit Policy

Arrival of Damaged Goods: Unfortunately, from time to time our orders may get damaged in transit. If you receive an order that is damaged please advise the courier / delivery driver that you will not accept damaged goods and that the delivery should be returned to sender. Please advise The Coffee Place immediately to enable us to resend your order ASAP to reduce any inconvenience to you.

 

Delivered Damaged or Faulty Goods: Claims for faulty or damaged goods delivered must be received by The Coffee Place within 3 days of delivery. Exchange or repair will be arranged ASAP to limit any inconvenience to you. Please retain damaged or faulty goods for collection by our freight company.

 

Exchange or Credit of Goods: Please select your products carefully. We do not normally give full refunds or exchange if you simply change your mind. An exchange or credit is applicable where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.

 

Cancellation of Orders: Should you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, no charges will be applicable, unless specific requirements / instructions with your order has resulted in The Coffee Place incurring additional costs (ie programming of machines). In this case The Coffee Place will charge on the costs incurred to the customer and this amount will be debited from the amount refunded. Please call 07 547 68400 to advise of your cancellation. Receipt of cancellation of orders after dispatch, you are liable for all delivery costs and the cost of items being returned to The Coffee Place. You are also liable for the items being returned until they are received by The Coffee Place in ‘the original condition as dispatched by The Coffee Place to yourself’. For items cancelled after they are sent, your account will not be credited (minus costs) until we receive the returned items.

 

Manufacturer Warranties:

 

I) Commercial Machines (All machines excluding Jura): Manufacturer’s 1 Year parts warranty.

II) Commercial Machines and Domestic Machines purchased for business use (*Jura Only): Manufacturer’s 1 year parts and labour warranty**.

III) *Domestic Machines for HOME use only: Manufacturer’s2 year parts and labour warranty**.

 

* Original boxes and packaging must be kept for all warranty claims.

**This is invalid if incorrect usage, maintenance, service and use of manufacture’s recommended products are not adhered to.
