With our Dark Roast Premium Gold we started backwards, roasting to the very darkest, near burnt, roast bringing it back to a little over French Roast. We wanted the flavoursome oils, but not the sharp charcoal taste.
            Using all the parameters of the roaster with a controlled combination of ambient temperature and humidity we feel we hit the point for a good strong Premium Blend giving a rich deep flavour with a full body.
